Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order. By ordering from Wadi Aqua, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Company Information

Wadi Aqua is a water distribution company at Mussafah Industrial Area 43, Abu Dhabi, UAE. We distribute premium packaged drinking water sourced from Dubai’s certified filtration plants.

2. Products and Pricing

All products are subject to availability. Prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices may change without notice; the price at order confirmation is the price charged.

3. Ordering

Orders may be placed via WhatsApp, phone, or our website. An order is confirmed only when you receive confirmation from Wadi Aqua. We reserve the right to decline any order. Same-day delivery requires orders placed before 12:00 PM noon.

4. Delivery

Wadi Aqua provides free delivery across Abu Dhabi. Delivery times are estimates only. A responsible adult must be present to receive the order. Risk passes to you upon delivery.

5. Payment

We accept cash on delivery, bank transfer, and approved digital payment methods. Corporate accounts may have 30-day credit terms agreed in writing.

6. Returns and Refunds

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery for any issues. Damaged, defective, or incorrect products will be replaced or refunded. Opened products cannot be returned unless defective. Refunds process within 5–7 business days.

7. Product Quality

All water distributed by Wadi Aqua is sourced from ESMA, ISO 22000, and HACCP certified facilities. Our on-site laboratory conducts batch testing. All products comply with UAE Ministry of Climate Change and Environment regulations.

8. Limitation of Liability

Wadi Aqua’s liability is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Wadi Aqua website is owned by or licensed to Wadi Aqua. Brand names (Al Ain, Masafi, etc.) are trademarks of their respective owners — their presence indicates authorised distribution only.

10. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the UAE and the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Abu Dhabi courts.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
